Know Before You Go:  

Free Entry for Children: Children under 1.05 m get in free of cost. Remember to ask about the height before buying the tickets. 

Opening Hours:  

• Sunday to Thursday: 12:00 - 10:00 PM 

• Friday and Saturday: 12:00 PM - 11:00 PM. 

• Take heed: The lines do get long when they promise, not the rides. 

• Haunted Hotel Entry: Must be 15 years old or older. 14-18 years old guests should bring their ID. 

• Situation: Ticketed events will remain closed temporarily in case of bad weather. There is an opportunity to cancel but no reimbursement for weather closures. 

• Misbehaviour Policy: IMG Worlds is a very strict conduct firm. Visitors who offend will be ejected or locked out of the park. 

Cancellation Policy:

• 100% Refund: cancel minimum 24hrs before arrival and get your refund. 

• 100% No-Refund: There are no refunds and/or reversals for no-shows and late cancellations.
