RTA adds four new areas to Bus-On-Demand service
This was revealed as Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) expanded their Bus-On-Demand service into four more hotspots:

Jumeirah Village Circle

Al Warqa’a

Dubai Investments Park
This latest expansion adds coverage in 17 areas across Dubai, served by 49 buses, highlighting the rapid pace of RTA's Bus-On-Demand rollout as it responds to the needs of a growing population and strong demand for on-demand transport services.
Initially, the service spanned Al Barsha, Al Nahda, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai Academic City, Al Rigga, Port Saeed, Business Bay Downtown Dubai Oud Maitha Al Karama and Barsha Heights - also known as Tecom Three along with parts of Abu Dhabi.
Supporting Seamless and Sustainable Mobility
The launch of four new areas is part of the RTA’s efforts to enhance first and last mile connectivity through flexible mobility solutions that connect residential communities with public transport stations. It also supports the directives of Dubai Government to establish the global leadership of the emirate in seamless and sustainable mobility.
Your data is available only till October 2023, The service also has a unique operating model, which allows the bookings through the Dubai Bus-On-Demand smart app. It enables users to easily choose their pick up and drop off point and get access in very little time.
