RTA Opens Sensory Rooms for Autism at Dubai Bus Stations
RTA launched the Sensory Rooms project at Al Satwa and Oud Maitha Bus Stations, designed to enhance the mobility experience of People of Determination, especially children with autism. The initiative is part of RTA’s strategic objectives to improve customer happiness through providing tailored services for all segments of the community. It is also an indication of a push for improved reputation management at corporate level and making the best out of space across its buildings to become more innovative in customer-centric product and service delivery.
