Dubai's Parkin introduces parking fees in Damac Hills
Parkin, based in Dubai, stated that fees had been imposed in Damac Hills (676H), where parking hours are from 8am to 10pm Monday to Saturday.
The tariffs are as follows:
Half an hour: Dh2
1 hour: Dh4
2 hours: Dh8
3 hours: Dh12
4 hours: Dh16
The company likewise supplies membership bundles such as:
1 month: Dh300
3 months: Dh800
6 months: Dh1,600
1 year: Dh2,800
According to Parkin, the company issued 754,300 parking fines in the first quarter of 2026, up from just 569,300 during the same three months last year — an increase of 32 per cent — as it continued to build up its portfolio and utilise a new smart scan car camera system.
In February 2026, it began trialling an alternative smart scan car camera technology by placing the tech on a single inspection vehicle.
The roof-mounted scan camera system is intended for use in some of Dubai's most crowded areas, limiting field inspections on foot.
The approach, it added, is set to perform well for summer months when temperatures reach more than 45°C in Dubai.During the quarter the firm’s smart scan inspection fleet was increased from 27 to 28 vehicles.
