Emirates Group achieves record profit of AED24.4b in 26-2025
Dubai-based Emirates Group has reported a record-breaking financial performance for the fiscal year 2025-26, reinforcing its position as the world’s most profitable airline group. The company announced a record profit of AED24.4 billion, reflecting strong global demand for travel and cargo services.
According to the latest financial results, Emirates recorded a profit before tax of US$6.2 billion, marking a 7 per cent increase compared to the previous year. The airline also generated total revenue of US$35.7 billion, up by 2 per cent year-on-year.
The airline carried 53.2 million passengers across its global network while serving 152 destinations worldwide. Emirates also maintained a strong average seat load factor of 78.4 per cent, highlighting steady passenger demand and efficient operations.

Cargo operations remained a major contributor to growth, with the airline transporting 2.4 million tonnes of cargo during the financial year.
The impressive results come as Emirates continues expanding its international presence and strengthening Dubai’s position as a leading global aviation hub. The airline’s performance also reflects the resilience of the aviation sector despite global economic challenges and regional disruptions.
Emirates described the results as another milestone in its journey of operational excellence and global connectivity.
